Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actor most famously known for her character Bo from the Showcase television show Lost Girl. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic, as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned performer, actress, and playwright and Director of Drama in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of the first moments in her existence, such as taking part in rehearsals of stage plays. Silk made several commercials while she was still a kid. She was in 1997 when she received an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her career as an actor.
